Saima is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, certified and affiliated with various professional organizations. She has skilled experience across legal practice, regulatory advisory, litigation, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, banking and finance, and governance. She serves within the Litigation Team.

Her multidisciplinary background uniquely positions her at the intersection of law, dispute resolution, policy, corporate governance, workplace wellbeing, and institutional accountability, enabling her to approach legal challenges with both technical precision and a deep understanding of human and organisational dynamics.

Saima enjoys long drives and spending time mentoring young girls in her community, where she finds purpose in guiding and empowering the next generation.

  • Successfully defended a Client Bank in complex litigation involving allegations of fraud, where the Court found that the Bank had not acted fraudulently in the execution of its mandate.
  • Successfully represented a client in a jurisdictional challenge before the Environment and Land Court, resulting in the Court interrogating and addressing the limits of its jurisdiction.
  • Represented clients in employment and labour disputes, acting for both Claimants and Respondents in matters involving workplace rights, discrimination, and contractual obligations.
  • Participated in insolvency proceedings and court processes relating to recovery and creditor enforcement.
  • Representing clients in tenancy and landlord- tenant disputes, rent recovery, and tenancy rights and appearing before an Arbitral Tribunal.
  • Representing a client in a dispute arising from a sale of land contract and advising on contractual enforcement.
  • Contributed in the drafting of a Sexual Harassment and Anti-Bullying Policy at the Firm.
