Andrew Mukite Musangi is a senior partner with the Firm. He obtained his LLB (Upper Second Class Honours) from the University of Hull (UK) in 1993 was admitted to the Bar in 1995 after which he joined Sheth and Wathigo Advocates. In December 1998 Mr. Musangi formed his own firm Mukite Musangi & Company Advocates (MMC) as the Managing Partner of MMC with emphasis on Commercial and Corporate practice. MMC collaborates closely with LJA and the firms leverage their wide ranging legal experience to enhance our client engagements.

- Oversaw, as principal transaction adviser, the Initial Public Offering of a major Corporation and the acquisitions of multiple large enterprises both local and multi-national.
