Highlights

• We successfully represented an International Group to advise on the conclusion of an “Offtake Agreement” with Government of Kenya under a Public Private Partnership deploying International Group Innovative Technology for exploration of water with a view to mining water and the distribution of potable water on the National Water Supply Network similar to a Project successfully implemented in Ghana.
• We successfully acting for Elliot’s Kenya Limited and Baraka Kenya Limited in relation to intellectual property disputes (in court) with Halisi Healthy Foods and Kajiado Flour Mills Limited.
