Sheila Ndiho holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Strathmore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and was a Pupil under instruction at Kiarie Kariuki and Associates Advocates.

She initially joined LJA Associates LLP as a Legal Trainee until her admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya on 1st July 2024 upon which, she was engaged as an Associate in the Firm’s Civil Litigation Department.

Prior to joining the LJA team, she was a Legal Assistant at Career Directions Limited where she partnered with the leadership team to raise the awareness of legal and compliance obligations in the human resource management sector.

She has additionally worked at Zola Electric, a renewable energy technology Company based in Tanzania, as an intern and at the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) in Nairobi.

Sheila’s confidence propels her to learn and grow in skills. She is intuitive to the Firm’s needs and performs all tasks with her best foot forward. She is of upstanding character which gives her an edge in the legal profession.

Outside the office, she enjoys reading, playing tennis and swimming.
